Because all of our products are custom-made upon order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following situations:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size shipped). If you need to exchange an item due to one of these reasons, please contact us with your order number and issue details, and we will arrange for the exchange at no cost to you.
